CPB Contractors has more than 50 major infrastructure projects in delivery, across all key sectors of the construction industry, including roads and bridges, rail, tunnelling, defence, airports, buildings, and resources, providing you with career opportunities for years to come.The ProjectCPB Contractors, in Alliance partnership with Sedgman, SC Joint Venture (SCJV) has been selected by BHP to undertake the Western Ridge Crusher Project, involving construction of a new primary crusher, a 12-kilometre overland conveyor, radial stacker, and associated stockpiling systems, with a capacity of 30Mtpa.
The Project is located on Nyiyaparli Country, approximately 21 Kilometres southwest of Newman, in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

Engage with industry leaders from project start-up, working on a fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) basis with a balanced 14 days on and 7 days off schedule.We have opportunities for experienced Commissioning Manager to join our team.Our minimum requirements for this role are:Relevant experience in construction completions and commissioning at a senior level within the resources sector and multidisciplined organizations.Manage teams from conception to final completion across project life cycle.Developing and reviewing commissioning planning and completions monitoring progress to ensure all elements of the project are on schedule and within budget; taking corrective action as required.Ensuring commissioning is undertaken in accordance with quality, safety and environmental requirements.Develop procurement strategies and efficiently manage the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers with the designated area / discipline.Demonstrated commercial experience to include project planning through full project life cycle.Leadership, team building and coaching skills.Analytical and strategic thinking.Negotiation and influencing, problem solving, conflict management skills.Relationship management and communication skills.Commercial focus / business acumen.A collaborative and diligent attitude to project delivery and commitment to promoting a friendly team environment on site.Absolute commitment to safety in everything you do.Willingness to work on a 14 days on, 7 days off, fly in fly out roster.We particularly welcome and encourage applications from Indigenous Peoples, women, the LGBTQ+ community, mature workers, veterans and active-duty armed forces, people with disabilities and people from different cultural backgrounds.
