Salary: Starting at $180k + Super – NegotiableEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Perth Northern Suburb - Joondalup and surroundsAre you a skilled and experienced professional in industrial electrical project management?
We are seeking a Electrical Project Manager to oversee and lead a variety of challenging and dynamic electrical projects within the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management:Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.Coordinate with engineers, technicians, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.Manage contract values ranging from $100k to $5M.Technical Expertise:Oversee electrical designs, equipment procurement, and system installations.Conduct site inspections, quality assurance, and ensure compliance with standards and codes.Client and Stakeholder Management:Build strong client relationships, addressing needs and providing regular updates.Collaborate on project scope, deliverables, and timelines.Leadership and Team Development:Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and a positive environment.Mentor team members and resolve conflicts effectively.What You'll Need: Proven experience managing complex electrical projects in the industrial sector.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation.Excellent planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management skills.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in project management software and tools.A hands-on approach, with the ability to attend and work on-site as required.What We Offer: Competitive salary starting at $180k + super (negotiable for the right candidate).A dynamic and supportive team environment.MUST be able to attend site – This is a hands-on PM role that'll have you among the team to deliver the projects
