Project Coordinator Opportunity to join our Park Development Team

InvoCare is an industry leader within the funeral industry, operating over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries, and 29 crematoria throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore and growing.
As a member of our Park Development Team, you will help drive the successful delivery of major organisational projects.
In this role, you'll take charge of key administrative tasks, including document and information distribution, report collation, and communication support.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a knack for building and maintaining strong relationships, and proven experience in meeting challenging deadlines.
Duties of a Project Coordinator:Coordinate the management of Park Development activities and the management team by assisting in plans and initiatives to meet or exceed project milestones.Run the PD&O inbox and triage all enquiries.Arrange general administration items for PD&O team in line with company requirements.Co-ordinate and manage progress of Client Construction Orders including redemption of deferred revenue items.Develop and maintain the schedule of projects to support effective completion of all scheduled tasks and activities.Support the achievement of project deliverables.Ensure regular and appropriate communication between key stakeholders.Manage project documentation and associated files.Contribute to process improvement initiatives as they relate to project delivery effectiveness.About You:Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise issues.Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Projects, MS Teams).Good communication skills - both written and verbal.Excellent organisational and administration skills.A proactive and flexible approach to work.Attention to detail and excellent time management.Must have one car, driver's license, and be willing to travel, sometimes interstate.Degree in project management - desirable however not essential.Benefits of Joining InvoCare:Reward and recognition programs.Tailored induction and training programs.Well designed and fitted out locations with the latest facilities to assist in providing an exceptional client family experience.Networking opportunities across the business and with peers.Birthday and paid parental leave.Free access to Employee Assistance Program.Flexible work hours, we offer shifts that fit around your life and commitments.We are a diverse workplace and equal opportunity employer.How to Apply:InvoCare is proud to provide our employees with a quality work environment and opportunities for both personal and professional growth.
