As a manufacturer of liquid fertilizing solutions for the agricultural industry, they are looking for a Finance Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment.
With their recent merger with RLF AgTech, an ASX listed company and ambitious expansion plans underway, this is the perfect time to join the team
As the Finance Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager of LiquaForce, with a dotted line report to the Chief Financial Officer of RLF AgTech.
You will oversee the financial and administrative functions of the operations, supported by an Administrative Officer.
This role is not your typical finance management position; it combines financial expertise with operational insights.
Any financial experience covering operations, logistics or ASX reporting will be highly regarded.
Our ideal candidate is a personable and approachable professional with a strong operational focus, and above all down to earth.
You should be comfortable working in a site setting and enjoy a hands-on approach to finance and supporting team members with their administrative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:Ensure the smooth running of all financial and administrative functionsCollaborate closely with operations to provide financial support and guidanceDevelop, monitor, and forecast budgetsConduct financial analysis and reporting, leveraging advanced Excel skillsManage administrative tasks and office operationsWork collaboratively with the RLF office on ASX financial compliance requirementsProcessing of a small payroll and first line support for HR queries (assistance available)Drive continuous improvement initiatives within financial and administrative systemsQualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or significant relevant experienceStrong management accounting and financial management skillsProven experience in budget development, monitoring, and forecastingAdvanced Excel skills and strong financial analysis capabilitiesExcellent administrative and office management skillsStrong numeracy skills with meticulous attention to detailUnderstanding of HR and payroll functionsHighly organized with excellent time management skillsCollaborative mindset with a passion for supporting operations and head officeResilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentValid C Class QLD Driver's License and willingness to travel to Ingham if neededWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and opportunities for professional developmentCareer advancement in a growing companyA supportive and talented teamThe chance to work closely with operations and influence business growthBeautiful locations to live and workRelocation assistance available if neededThis role is full time Monday to Friday, based at the Mackay site, with occasional travel to the Ingham site.
