We are currently seeking Home Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality support.
Our services include disability, aged and transitional care, in-home mental health support, and end-of-life care.
Our priority is to help our clients live empowered lives, independently at home.
Successful candidates will ideally have the following:
The ability to provide personal, companion, and domestic careA passion for respectfully empowering and caring for peopleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsManual handling experience (or willingness to learn - though this is not required for all of our clients)Ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamWillingness to participate in further education opportunitiesApplicants must have the following:
Australian National Police check certificateCurrent First Aid and CPR certificateDriver's license with full comprehensive car insurance and a reliable vehicleBlue cardAHPRA Nursing Registration (if applicable)Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support Disability/Aged Care or related studiesSound experience in the disability or allied health/welfare/education fieldsIf you would like to join our growing team and become part of something truly special, please apply today.
