As a Part-Time HR Advisor, you will provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Working 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday), you will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, offering guidance and advice while fostering a positive workplace culture.
WHO YOU ARE To be successful in this position, ideally you will have the following:
Degree in HR or a related discipline with demonstrated experience in an HR Advisor/Generalist or IR Officer roleAustralian legislation knowledge and business acumenA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for improving the employee experienceStrong communication and presentation skills and strong ability to present at an executive levelHigh level of integrity and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive HR mattersWHAT WE OFFER At Aerison we know that people are our best asset.
