About You: Ability to deliver timely building certification functions.Strong understanding of the legal obligations in the role.With mentoring & study, the ability to undertake efficient inspections to ensure client obligations are met relevant to legislative compliance.Basic knowledge of building & construction practices, building-related law, building codes & standards.2+ years' experience in a construction role or recent graduate certifier.Qualifications / Licences: Nearing completion or graduate of Diploma of Building Surveying.Ability to obtain membership with AIBS.Current Driver's Licence.White Card.Interviews:
