About the roleAs a Principal Lawyer, you'll engage with complex legal matters in areas such as succession law, property law, equity and trusts, and elder and disability law.
You will work closely with customers, external lawyers, and organisations, demonstrating professionalism, legal expertise, and a commitment to exceptional service.
This role involves representing the QPT in courts and tribunals across Queensland, supervising other lawyers and paralegals as required, and providing legal advice ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, public sector standards and Office policies.This is a temporary full-time role in Brisbane CBD up to 12 months.

Your experience in complex legal environments will be crucial in providing effective representation and advice.
