As a Paramedic with SAAS, you will provide a high standard of patient care to the community and deliver 'Patient First' pre-hospital care.
Regional Incentive Payment SAAS will provide experienced paramedics that relocate to Port Augusta with an additional regional incentive payment of $2,514 per year.

Eligibility To be eligible to apply for Experienced Paramedic positions within SAAS, you will need to meet the following requirements: Be a permanent resident or Citizen of Australia or New Zealand or hold full rights to work in Australia (no visa sponsorship will be provided by SAAS) Must be registered with AHPRA in the Paramedicine profession Have successfully completed a Paramedic Internship or equivalent work history Have experience as a practicing Paramedic relevant to the role Hold or be willing to obtain a current National Police Clearance (Unsupervised Contact with Vulnerable Groups) and South Australian Working with Children Check Hold a current unrestricted Driver's Licence valid in South Australia (license must meet SA driving requirements - i.e., class C) As part of the selection process, applicants must meet the required Pre-Employment Medical and Functional Assessment activities and assessments, and immunisation requirements ensuring compliance with SA Health Care Worker Immunisation and Screening Requirements.
