About the role
PARC Engineering is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to oversee and manage our sales contracts and credit applications.
This role is critical in supporting the comprehensive contract management across the company, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and enhancing operational efficiency.
What you'll do Review, negotiate, and manage sales contracts and agreements to ensure they meet company policies and legal requirements.Evaluate and approve credit applications in line with company policies.Provide legal and strategic advice on contract terms and risks to senior management.Maintain accurate records of contracts and documentation, ensuring they are up to date and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Develop and implement contract management tools and processes to improve contract lifecycle efficiency.Liaise with external legal advisors and internal departments to resolve any contractual disputes or issues.Train and guide other team members on contractual matters and best practices.What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or related field; postgraduate qualification in Law (LLM) is highly desirable.Minimum of 2 years' experience in contract management or legal advisory roles, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation techniques, and risk management.Proficient in using legal and contract management software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff and management.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.PARC Perks Career progression paths, learning and professional development opportunities.Remuneration, Reward and Recognition Programs.Support for you and your family through our Employee Assistant Program (EAP).The chance to join a growing company with a values-driven culture where you can really make an impact.A bit about us
