Working closely with the CFO and Finance Manager, the Senior Group Accountant will play a key role in the growth of our business by providing timely financial advice and reporting.
We are a growing and dynamic business and so offer the opportunity for you to put your technical skills to use whilst having the opportunity to develop your career within our business.Based at our site in Epping (with flexible working options), the role includes:Working with and leading a dynamic, passionate, and driven team and offering support and mentorshipDriving improvements in financial processes and systemsCoordinating external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and consultants to ensure compliance with accounting standards and requirementsSupporting the Finance Manager and CFO, receiving direct mentorship to advance your skillset and careerAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or Business / CommerceCA / CPA QualificationProven experience in a similar role, or in public accounting with a desire to transition to industryExperienced in managing and mentoring a teamStrong interpersonal skills with a dynamic, vibrant and collaborative style with the ability to manage multiple stakeholdersFlexible, adaptable and comfortable with changeHigh level of integrity and confidentialityStrong time management and organisation skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, solve problems, juggle multiple tasksAbility to work autonomouslyWhy Repurpose It?Here at Repurpose It we genuinely live by our values of integrity, future-focused, sustainability and care & protect.
