We are seeking a compassionate Deputy Director of Nursing to join our team at Agmaroy Aged Care Home, a 60-bed facility in Wilson, WA.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will be instrumental in the development and implementation of procedures to ensure each resident's clinical and care requirements are met, while providing clear communication to families.

Your clinical and leadership experience will be invaluable as another key focus of your role is delivering clinical supervision to our team of Registered Nurses.

Your well-honed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when leading inter-disciplinary teams, as when providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents.

a tertiary qualification (Bachelor or higher) in Nursing and AHPRA registration previous experience working as a Clinical Nurse Manager in the aged care sector a NDIS Worker Screening Check full working rights in Australia Our people are integral to achieving our vision of being a leading aged care provider in Australia.
