We are seeking an experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team working in a 5-star Hotel located in Melbourne CBD.
Service with a smile is our mantra and we truly believe we are the best outsourced service company you could choose to work with. In this position, you will support the Housekeeping Manager and assist with the following:
Leading your team, your day would simply look like this: Setting up the key tasks for you and the teamTeam briefings to conquer the challenges aheadWork with the hotel leadership team on short and long term quality metricsDelivery of rooms to the hotel on time for guest arrivalKeep in touch with the team and provide resourcing as requiredAdministration relating to Health and Safety, billing and rosteringEnsure guests are serviced with a smileHand over effectively to the teamEnd your day knowing that tomorrow will bring a whole new set of adventures to be hadTo be the winner of this trophy we would need you to have:A strong appetite to build and sustain relationshipsA passion to strive for excellenceTime management and efficient work habitsAn understanding of annualised budgetsDetermination to provide a safe workplaceA no-nonsense approach to complianceA well-presented problem-solving attitudeAn ability to work on weekends and public holidays when requiredIn reward we offer:A competitive salaryDiscounts and additional benefits on private health insuranceTraining and development at your own paceThe opportunity to be a part of a vibrant and dedicated teamIf you think you can win the race, then we want to hear from you
