The role: As the Digital Manager, you will play a key role in the planning, implementation, optimisation and measurement of digital media.
You will be responsible for building recommendations that support the digital performance of campaigns, ultimately delivering on the Brand Awareness, Consideration and Conversion metrics of media investment to achieve client business KPIs set out in the brief.
The Digital Manager role requires a deep understanding and in-platform experience of Search (Google, Bing) as well as Social (Meta, TikTok, Linkedin, Pinterest) and the ability to analyse performance data, optimise and track and record to deliver successful campaigns and achieve the outlined business objectives.
Core responsibilities: You have a primary focus on supporting the Client leads with the implementational planning with a focus on digital media approach and activation.This is focused to digital activation, responding to briefs, recommendations for digital media to achieve the objectives and work into the overall response as well as media partner management and negotiation where needed.A core component of this role will be activating the recommendation with in-platform set up and responsible for the deployment and oversight of all digital media campaigns (biddable and direct IO) with oversight on performance across the live period.You will be curious and manage the effective optimisations to achieve the KPIs set providing ongoing commentary and optimisations as part of agreed digital media reporting and insights.You will support the Digital Director with driving innovation within the digital strategy of our clients.Client administration including WIPs, Contact Reports and Timeline Management.A bit about you: A passion for QLD and fiercely proud of our wonderful state.Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to present clearly and confidently.A strong understanding in paid social, display and search media channels.Demonstrated experience and skill with: SA360, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Google Tag Manager, Google Ad Scripts, other relevant Data & Analytics platforms.Experience in implementation and management of tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager, including setting up conversion tracking, custom dimensions, and event tracking.You will have a comprehensive understanding of the Australian media landscape with strong digital and Performance Media focus.What's in it for you: Working with and learning from high-performing agency talent shining on a national stage; dentsu QLD has been a MFA & B&T Shortlisted Agency for Agency Talent and Culture An organisation that prioritises personal growth and professional development as a priority with its own one-of-a-kind personal development program Origami created locally by our QLD team to ensure that it aligns to our purpose.Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our 'Be the Best You' policy which includes a $250 contribution to your home office set up.The opportunity with an organisation that gives back to society as part of its purpose.5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 whole company Wellness days off per year for you to switch off and take your day, your way.Become a champion for meaningful progress: Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their whole selves to work and be proud of doing so.
