This role is central to the pastoral care functions at Nations Church, with the responsibility for creating a welcoming experience for new people to becoming fully integrated members of the church.This role is responsible for:Enhancing and improving the new member experience, from welcome interaction to full integration into church lifeLeading and inspiring the connection team to execute integration strategies to a high standardAssisting with the expansion of pastoral care initiatives to build and further strengthen relational pathways with the wider communitySupporting and helping to facilitate pastoral care gatherings and eventsMaintaining accurate data entry and record keeping to track progress in connection and integrationThis role is located at our Nations Myaree Campus and the successful candidate would need to make Nations Church their home church.What are we looking for?MUST-HAVESThe successful candidate will possess impeccable attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and proven leadership abilities.
