Using a strengths-based approach to guide our assessment, goals and ultimately our intervention,We use a combination of standardised and non-standardised assessments, curated to the participants' needs to guide our clinical reasoning,Delivering Physiotherapy interventions to participants within the setting best matched to their goals, whether at school, home, work, or in the community,Collaborating with our local multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Psychologists.On a personal level, we are a dynamic team of clinicians passionate about disability.
Join our Sunshine Coast team in a permanent part-time capacity working 4 days per week.
QualificationsAbout you: Current General Registration with AHPRA as a PhysiotherapistExperience working in the NDISExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational skills to manage a varied caseloadProactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideasLooking for a fun, collaborative, and supportive work environmentDemonstrated ability to work independentlyA genuine passion for working in the disability sectorAdditional InformationWhat's in it for you?
