About the role
Our Client Liaison Officers assist and support people to live independently.
We are looking for an adaptable and proactive team facilitator for a diverse role that combines hands-on client support in the community with office-based responsibilities.
As a Client Liaison Officer, you'll work across various locations, directly supporting individuals to live independently and guiding a dedicated team to make a meaningful impact.
You'll act as the primary communicator between the people we support and the management team, ensuring high-quality services that align with client goals.
In addition to fieldwork, you'll contribute from the office by handling essential administrative tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and upholding our quality standards.
This role offers exposure to all aspects of Client Services, from direct support to stakeholder engagement and helping the management team deliver impactful outcomes.

About you:
You are experienced in service provision and administrative tasks, you will be ready to support people living with disabilities and excited by leading people to see their potential and reach their goals.
You will also:
Have a genuine passion for the clients including understanding how to assist people to live their life You hold the client at the heart of everything you do You are excited about responsiveness and engagement You are energetic, self-motivated and have a flexible and adaptable work style You have well-developed organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise workload You develop and maintain highly productive work relationships with clients, guardians and colleagues Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Essential Criteria:
Demonstrates ability to work individually with only general supervision and/or in a team environment Necessary interpersonal skills to engage with Clients and Stakeholders Ability to explain procedures or practices to other employees or to provide support to staff Can participate in the planning and coordination of support, with responsibility to monitor work procedures and individual program plans Demonstrates ability to be accountable for the quality and timeliness of their own work, so far as the available resources may permit and for the care of assets entrusted to them.
Job requirements:
