Now, we're looking for a PeopleSoft Functional Consultant to partner with our customer and deliver impactful, large-scale enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities and Skills Strong Functional Knowledge: Expertise in PeopleSoft HRMS, Talent Management, eLearning, Global Payroll (Core and Australian Extension), and Absence Management.
Security Expertise: Solid understanding of PeopleSoft Security.
Functional Specifications: Ability to write detailed functional specifications and collaborate with technical and testing teams.
Testing Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of testing requirements and methodologies for enterprise applications.
Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills across all levels of the client organization, from stakeholders to end users.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, solution design, and documentation expertise.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
SQL Proficiency: Good SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
