We are looking for Grill Cooks to lead and grow with us in our Mad Mex restaurant located in Westfield Shopping Centre.

About the Role
The Griller is responsible for all the day-to-day elements of running the grill section of a Mad Mex Restaurant.
This involves preparing and cooking Mad Mex products according to menu guidelines and secret recipes whilst adhering to food preparation procedures, cooking times, & hygiene safety standards.
The role requires someone who is highly organized and passionate about providing quality service along with maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.
It is a fast-paced environment so you need to be able to work quickly and efficiently
About You
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic & hardworking, with excellent communication skills, and dedicated to building team spirit.
Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role and possess solid knife skills, and the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
You must also be able to understand and follow recipes & checklists.
Knowledge of the quick service restaurant (QSR) environment is highly desirable, however, we have a great training program for those with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn.
