Location: Gurugram
Job Responsibilities:
Work with our design team to formulate and pitch concepts to internal marketing and development teams.
Develop, design, and produce graphic art and Motion Graphics that support a creative brief.
Meet tight deadlines & take ownership of projects assigned.
Understanding consumer journey will be a plus.
Attend internal meetings to understand strategic goals and timelines.
Manage escalations and resolve conflicts in day-to-day operations.
Take ownership of QC of all assigned work.
Be available digitally for meetings and via telephone for one-on-one communications.
Work with a team of designers and help them achieve quality creative output under given timelines.
What we require (Desired Skills and Abilities):
Skills:
Experience in solving complex user problems through Motion Design, Creative design, creating mockups and prototypes (low- and high-fidelity), as well as documenting interaction patterns for product UI.
Demonstrated experience with design tools (Adobe XD, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.).
Short Vie design skills for creating visually compelling Emailers, web banners, high fidelity product mockups, and other graphical elements.
Knowledge of design principles (typography, layout, imagery, color, creating efficiencies in visual design workflows, etc.).
Proven communication skills.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment.
A positive attitude towards team members.
A portfolio of previous work must be presented.
