In this high-impact role, you'll provide both 1st and 2nd level IT support across our APAC sites, serving various teams including Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
The position is highly visible, representing the IT function and working closely with IT teams across the US and European regions to ensure business operations run smoothly with minimal disruption.
Additionally, the role involves participating in project initiatives to drive change, including defining, designing and implementing technical solutions.
Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do: 1st and 2nd Level Support:Respond to service requests from end users, addressing complex and challenging issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivityNetwork Solution:Collaborate with IT teams to design, configure, maintain and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, and firewallsAsset Management: Drive IT asset lifecycle management, playing an integral role in identifying & proposing solutions and managing upgradesUser lifecycle: Collaborate with HR & Team Managers to assess and define end user needs, managing all aspects of IT related to both on & offboardingProject Management: Own the delivery of infrastructure projects, collaborating with stakeholders and team members to ensure outcomes are achievedQualificationsWhat You Bring to the Table: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Networking, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft Certified Professional) are advantageous.Proven experience in IT support, particularly in 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting.Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.
