With a strong team culture that recognises and rewards hard work, this is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company delivering high-profile projects while fostering career progression.The Role:As Project Manager, you'll report to the Project Director and be responsible for delivering multiple structural steel projects across Brisbane.
This role offers the opportunity to lead infrastructure, commercial construction, and heavy industrial projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
It's also well-suited for Boilermakers or Tradespeople looking to transition into project management, with leadership development and diverse project exposure.What You'll Do:Manage planning, scheduling, installation, and risk management across multiple structural steel projects.Oversee client communications, procurement, quality control, cost tracking, HSE, and construction supervision.Collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure safety, productivity, and cost-efficiency.Lead and support your team in driving projects to success, with hands-on involvement and guidance.Your Skills:Proven expertise in project management involving structural steel.Proficient in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of P6 and Strumis being a bonus.Customer-first attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.Why This Opportunity?Excellent career growth opportunities in a company that rewards hard work and values personal development.Hands-on exposure to the latest digital engineering and manufacturing technologies.Attractive salary package: $110K - $125K Base + Super & Company Vehicle/Allowance.The Next Step:Curious to know more?
