Work on bespoke Commercial projects that take on turnkey D&C Projects that are extremely unique to the market.
The company have an in-house Designer and BDM who will be supporting the Estimator.
You will be working with a Director of the company who currently runs the pre-construction division and wants to train someone to take over his role as the business continues to grow.
This is a new role for the company and a big opportunity for someone to drive their own division with no glass ceiling.With a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a commercial Estimator, you will be able to communicate clearly and enjoy the challenge of winning work through tender presentations allied with an accurate pricing record.
It is key that this Estimator can engage with clients and develop relationships - if you want to just measure this is not the job for you.Skills in Cubit are appealing but not essential and you will be commutable to their Head office.
They have a relaxed attitude to work flexibility / working from home and you will be treated as an adult to get the work done and not be micromanaged.
