Financial Planning and Analytics Manager Impact Ag Partners Australia is a specialist agricultural investment and development firm with deep expertise and a proven track record.
They lead the market in identifying, optimising and monetising natural capital for agriculture.
They work with institutional investors and family offices to acquire, develop, and operate premium agricultural assets using regenerative farming practices – generating value from both monetising natural capital and optimising food and fibre production.
Working across intensive grazing, broadacre dryland and irrigated farms and permanent tree crops throughout Australia and the United States, Impact Ag Partners are the first ones to deliver a profitable nature-positive transition at scale – partnering with purpose-driven investors to accelerate global impact.
Impact Ag Partners has transformed over 240,000 hectares across two continents using regenerative farming practices and other nature-based solutions that optimise food and fibre production, while protecting the land's ability to support future generations.
The Position:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and working closely with the Head of Farm Operations/COO, the Financial Planning & Analytics Manager is a strategic leadership role, responsible for driving financial management, reporting and analytics for all assets within the growing farm operations business unit.
The role plays a critical part in supporting the achievement of both financial and operational strategic objectives, while spearheading systems and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and overall performance.
The position ensures that asset strategies align with the broader operational goals and financial performance targets and leads the management reporting process, offering in-depth analysis that informs high-level decision-making.
As a key leader in the organisation, the Financial Planning & Analytics Manager will also mentor and oversee a team of analysts focused on operational performance, financial oversight, and strategic planning.
The position will have a direct impact on the future success of the business by driving efficiency, enhancing workflows, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and will interact closely with the Head of Farm Operations/COO, Operations Managers, Farm Managers, Investors and industry professionals.

Strong leadership and team management experience, with a proven track record of optimising systems and workflows to drive operational improvements
Comprehensive knowledge of the agricultural industry, with a growing emphasis on regenerative practices
Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, data analytics, and operational performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to solve problems, anticipate challenges, prevent errors, and deliver actionable insights
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders
Flexibility to travel and oversee operations across various assets
Open-minded and passionate about advancing regenerative agriculture
Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growing business environment
