We're looking for a dynamic People & Culture Coordinator to join our team and help shape our organization's future
The Role As our People & Culture Coordinator focusing on Safety, you'll wear multiple hats in this diverse role that combines workplace safety, employee engagement, and HR operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves making a difference in people's working lives while ensuring everyone goes home safely each day.
What You'll Do Safety & Wellbeing Champion Lead WorkCover administration and return-to-work processes Maintain and enhance our OH&S policies and procedures Create engaging safety newsletters and communications Manage our safety management system and ensure compliance Culture & Communications Guru Coordinate exciting social media campaigns across multiple platforms Drive employee engagement initiatives Support our Corporate Social Responsibility Committee Help build and maintain our positive workplace culture HR All-Rounder Provide expert HR support to our business leaders Manage employee documentation and systems Support learning and development initiatives Handle onboarding and compliance processes What You'll Bring Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (or currently studying) RTW Coordinator experience / accreditation Good understanding of WHS legislation Excellent communication skills Proficiency in MS Office suite The X-Factor A positive, can-do attitude Natural problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail Cool head under pressure Passion for people and safety
