As an industry leader and employer of choice, we're Made for More.Parts RepresentativeAbout the roleOur Product Support Team is seeking a Parts Representative to join their team on a fulltime basis at our Coffs Harbour branch.
The successful candidate will work a 9.5-hour shift on a Monday-Friday schedule.The Parts Representative will provide high quality customer support, including helpful advisory services to external stakeholders.
This role will require the drive to fulfil customer requirements in a timely manner, whilst operating in a fast-paced position.
The successful candidate will support efficient and effective operation of the parts department through functions such as general warehousing, dispatching of parts, stocktaking, housekeeping and identification of continuous improvement strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate the forklift to perform duties such as loading and unloading.Act as the first point of contact for inbound call management and customers ordering parts.Interpret parts to understand what will suit the customers' needs.Engage with customers to ensure enquiries and their post-purchase needs are met.Participate in regular stocktakes.Assist in general warehousing duties including picking, packing and dispatching parts.Skills & ExperienceForklift and drivers licence C is required.Experience in warehousing desirable.Interest in mechanical and industrial products desirable.Strong customer service skills & dedication to customer service.Intermediate computer literacy skills - MS Office & internet-based applications.Excellent communication skills - including written, verbal and interpersonal.Well-developed problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Familiarity with CAT products desirable.BenefitsFree On-Site Parking.Made for More Rewards.Opportunities for career development.12 Weeks Paid Parental Leave.Ability to purchase additional annual leave.Income protection covering you 24/7.Fitness Passport for the whole family.Refer a friend program – work alongside your mates and receive up to $3000 for each successful referralDiscounted CAT products.Wellness Program.Apply NowIf you believe you have the skills and experience to succeed in this role, please submit your resume for consideration via the link.
