Barry Plant Boronia is growing, so we're looking for a full-time trainee or sales associate to support (and be mentored) by one of our most established & high-performing Agents.
We understand that you might not tick all the boxes yet, but that's what we are here for
Extensive training will be provided both in-house & online with our own team & the property network, the Barry Plant Group.
What you'll be doing Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clientsIdentifying and qualifying leads, and converting them into successful salesConducting market research and analysis to stay informed on local property trendsOrganising and hosting open house inspections and private viewingsNegotiating sales contracts and managing the sales process from start to finishProviding exceptional customer service and support throughout the property transactionCollaborating with the broader team to share knowledge and best practicesWhat we're looking for Proven experience in residential real estate sales, preferably but not limited to the Knox areaStrong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clientsExcellent time management and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detailA self-motivated and proactive approach to achieving sales targetsA current real estate license or the ability to obtain oneA passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to providing the highest level of serviceWhat we offer Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skillsAccess to the latest marketing and technology tools to support your successA collaborative and supportive team environmentFlexible work arrangements and a healthy work-life balanceAbout us Barry Plant is a leading real estate agency with a strong presence in the Boronia and surrounding areas.
