What You'll Be Doing As a Community Physiotherapist, you'll work closely with patients in the comfort of their own homes to provide tailored, patient-centred care.
Your key responsibilities include:
Comprehensive Assessments: Identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.Hands-On Therapy: Deliver physiotherapy treatments and guide patients through rehabilitation exercises.Education: Teach patients and their families to manage conditions and maintain physical health.Collaboration: Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.Service Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices.What We're Looking For We're searching for a superstar physiotherapist who is:
Qualified: Degree or postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy and AHPRA registration.Experienced: Minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably in community or home-based settings.Skilled Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and families.Clinical Expert: Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.Team Player: Willingness to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.Passionate: Dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.Mobile: Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.What We Offer At Best Home Therapy, we're committed to your growth and well-being.
