The roleOur Brisbane office is currently seeking an all-rounder to join the Operations Team.
This will be a dynamic, active and varied position dealing with both clients and people at all levels within the firm.
The role will involve responsibilities in:
Reception coverAdministrative support to teamMail - sorting and distributing incoming & outgoing mail and internal mail roundsOrdering stationery and staff kitchen suppliesManaging stock levels / stocktake of stationery, kitchen supplies and promotional suppliesBooking CouriersPhotocopying, scanning and other tasks, such as binding and collating documentsOutside clerk roundsBuilding management liaison - including maintenance requests and general facilities management tasksOrganising couriersMeeting room & event set upAssisting the information technology support team with IT hardware set up and maintenanceLibrary supportManaging all electronic documentationWhat we offerAt Thomson Geer, developing our staff is crucial, and this role will provide an excellent opportunity to build your reception, administration and customer service skills, whilst working in a team environment that exudes a high-performance culture and for a company that recognises and rewards individual and team achievements.
