Job Title: Assistant Store Manager HAY STREET Job Summary
To support the Store Manager with executing the store strategy, leading and developing a team of Customer Advisors to drive sales and high standards of customer service using the prescribed customer sales model.
You will be a member of the team with excellent skills in operational governance.
You will collaborate with the Store Manager to create a high-performing team by coaching and empowering others to fulfill operational requirements and achieve their performance targets.

Store performance-related commission 30% off Telstra services Telstra mobile and Sim card Exclusive discounts and offers across 240 brands and partners 16 weeks paid parental leave for primary and secondary carers What you'll do Oversee the induction of your new team members Coach the store's team to meet (and exceed) store targets Help support your team with customer query escalations Be the Store Manager's right-hand person, stepping up to act as Store Manager when needed Execute business initiatives in-store to meet financial and customer key metrics Act as team cheerleader – leading from the front and helping to motivate the team, and foster an awesome store culture Organise the store floor and team's work schedules, to meet customer demand About you You have previous experience in a retail leadership/assistant management role You're able to energise and drive a retail team to exceed sales targets and KPIs with demonstrated success You lead from the front and are able to influence and build rapport with a diverse and varied team You're able to resolve customer issues with your eyes closed and can put a creative spin on problem-solving You're an excellent communicator who can help support the Store Manager in taking team members through change What's next?
