This is an amazing opportunity to join a business that continues to grow in current markets, new international markets and organisational capability.About the roleAs a Project Manager at al.ive body, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic development and implementation of new product innovations.
Reporting directly to the Head of Research and Development, this full-time position will see you managing complex projects from ideation to launch, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.This position will be responsible for the areas of:Project coordination & managementSpecial ProjectsKey Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project timelines for all NPD initiatives, ensuring that deadlines are met, and milestones are achieved on schedule.Lead cross-functional teams to conceive, plan and execute research and development projectsDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersDevelop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgetsIdentify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies to keep projects on trackCollaborate with stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into actionable plansMonitor and report on project progress, highlighting key milestones and KPIsDrive continuous improvement by reviewing project performance and identifying lessons learnedEssential Skills, Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in business, management, project management or a related field5+ years' experience in project management, preferably within a R&D environmentProven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projectsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiateExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectivelyAnalytical mindset with expertise in project planning, risk management and issue resolutionProficient in project management software (e.g.
