Allied Health Practitioner - Eat Walk Engage Program, Queensland HealthJoin the compassionate team at Darling Downs Health as an Allied Health Practitioner for the transformative Eat Walk Engage program in Toowoomba.
In this impactful role, you'll enhance the care of older hospital patients through evidence-based practices that promote dignity and well-being during their hospital stay.
What your day will look like… In this dynamic position, you'll lead the implementation of the Eat Walk Engage program, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to drive quality improvements in patient care.
You'll facilitate training sessions, advocate for age-friendly practices, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
By providing clinical leadership and identifying educational needs, you'll create a supportive environment focused on enhancing the well-being of older patients, ensuring their voices are heard and their care is prioritised.
