Situated in a prime location in the stunning Gold Coast, the practice offers a winning combination of design experience and energy - underpinned by outstanding leadership and a strong project pipeline.
An opportunity has arisen for a capable Senior Architect to join the small team and work alongside the Directors, to deliver the design development, documentation and delivery stages of high-end, unconventional buildings.
The successful Architect will have a passionate, driven approach, along with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects through all stages.

Key Responsibilities Oversee and drive the delivery of architectural documentation packages through design development, tender and construction phasesProgram the scope of services and provide regular advice on project performanceAttend site meetings with the head contractor to review and assess the built progress against the design intent and quality outcomesBe able to advise on constructability issues with the client representativesMentor, train and lead the project team membersSkills & Experience 10-15 years' local experience, including large and complex design projectsExperience in the delivery of large scale multi-residential projectsAble to develop internal layouts and basement carparks of multi-residential apartments, feasibility and yieldProficiency in RevitSolid understanding of Australian standards and BCA'sAbility to manage multiple stakeholdersStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work both autonomously and collaborativelyBenefits & Culture Work by the beach – great office locationBe an integral member of a dynamic emerging practiceBuild a strong portfolio of innovative design projects to your resumeBe mentored by some of the best in the businessHow do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.
