Our expertise extends to all associated disciplines including trenching, horizontal directional drilling, cable & conduit installation, full end to end design and network installation, jointing and splicing providing a complete inhouse solution of all underground utility installations.
With locations nationwide, we have 1000+ staff operating across Australia with a range of skills and accreditations.
We have the in-house capabilities and experience to manage projects from the design stage to customer handover including quality assurance and control with full time auditors.

The Position:We are currently seeking Horizontal Directional Drillers to join our WA based teams and offer the following:
Permanent full-time position with an immediate startRewarding hourly rates of pay + penalties for overtime50+ hours per weekCompany vehicle & fuel card providedPerth metropolitan based with occasional regional workLarge pipeline of work, currently scheduled into 2026Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Essential Skills/Requirements:2 years industry experienceHR driving licenseExcavator operator ticketConstruction Induction (Blue/White Card)A pro-active view to OH&SAbility to read and interpret site plans & DBYD drawingsCollaborate with a diverse range of professionals on-site to achieve project goalsEnsure all work complies with industry standards and client requirements Desirable Skills:Western Power Network Access Card (NAC)First Aid & CPRCert III in Trenchless TechnologyBasic Worksite Traffic Management (RIIWHS302E & RIICOM201E)This is a great opportunity for you to further progress your career as training and development will be provided with opportunities for promotion to various roles throughout the company.
