The client is a leader in sustainable engineering practices, environment consulting and architecture.
They combine expertise from multiple disciplines and industries to turn projects in buildings, energy, resources, transport and infrastructure into successful outcomes.
They are seeking a Team Leader with expertise in urban, land, or subdivision projects.
In this position, you will manage civil design and documentation for a variety of urban, land, and subdivision developments across both public and private sectors.

Provide technical guidance to clients and offer support throughout project execution.
Mentor engineers, designers, and drafters, fostering their professional development at all levels.
Prepare and review technical reports and specifications for various projects.
Oversee project management tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Facilitate coordination between multiple disciplines on multidisciplinary projects.
Conduct and manage site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
Provide direct line management to a team of engineers, designers, and drafters.
Support business development efforts and assist in securing and delivering projects through effective client relationship management.
About you: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
Minimum 10 years' experience.
Proven experience in civil engineering design and project delivery, particularly within urban, land, and subdivision projects.
Strong knowledge of current civil engineering technologies, including design, modeling, and construction methods.
Demonstrated project management skills.
