In this role, you'll: Play a central role in the Digital & Customer Excellence Program - People to Pay stream seeking to optimise and improve the people services & payroll process. As Program Manager you will manage all aspects of the successful development and delivery of this Enterprise Agreement Interpretation (EAI) project.Establish the end-to-end entitlements framework and drive the delivery of clear accountabilities in interpretation and administration of industrial instruments, terms and conditions that govern payroll in Transport, in collaboration with senior stakeholders across Transport agencies.Work with the Program Director to ensure development, deployment, and effective operation of IT systems delivered internally or through a third-party in line with standards and to meet service requirements.Lead and manage the preparation of project documentation, the development of risk management plans to identify and mitigate key project risks and facilitate the successful management of risk in project delivery.Provide high level advice to senior executives on project status including risks and interdependencies, project reporting on progress, cost, quality, safety and environment issues and contribute to the development of the corporate strategy and tactical positioning.You seek a new challenge and enjoy working in a multi-stakeholder environment where your contributions are recognised. You demonstrate the following experience: Managing major project or program delivery to the highest industry standards, on time and within allocated budgets, ensuring that safety has been addressed through all phases of the planned delivery activities.Working with payroll team and employment relations organisations in a unionised environment to achieve consistent payroll outcomes.Improving processes through simplification and consistency.Ability to build and manage effective working relationships with key stakeholders.Who we are: Transport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system.
