Responsibilities
Direct Reports
Ensure all key strategies and pieces of work are signed off and of a high quality
Manage their day-to-day activity and work
Ensure staff retention and happiness
Drive efficiencies and ensure capacity targets are achieved
Product
Feed into the development and improvement of the SEO product
Follow internal documentation to ensure all clients receive the same service and product
Ensure reporting accuracy and increase reporting efficiencies
Ensure reports are sent on time and provide increased value
Client
Devise strategies for approval
Implement agreed strategies
Communicate effectively with clients
Manage owned clients
Attend directors' meetings
Help cross and upsell current clients
Help generate PR Ideas and stories
Contribute to the blog
Success Measurement
Drive ongoing client results
Retention of your client base
Prior Experience & Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum of five years agency experience in similar roles
Experience in technical SEO, link acquisition, content marketing & content creation, with proven results
Excellent working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other standard SEO tools
Client services experience (agency background is an advantage)
Working on well-known and complex brands
Expert level at PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail and results orientated
Nice to Have's
Working knowledge of other marketing techniques: paid search, paid social, programmatic and e-mail automation
Degree and MBA
