5Point Projects is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Brisbane.
In this full-time role, you will lead and manage complex construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing Leading project planning sessions and coordinating resources for project executionManaging project budgets, timelines, and deliverablesOverseeing all aspects of project management, including scope, risk, quality, and communicationLiaising with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure alignment and satisfactionConducting regular project reviews and providing progress reports to senior managementIdentifying and mitigating project risks and issuesEnsuring compliance with industry regulations and best practicesMentoring and guiding junior project managers and team membersWhat We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industryProven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projectsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilitiesProficiency in project management software and toolsTertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related fieldPMP or equivalent certification is highly desirableWhat We Offer At 5Point Projects, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment that allows our employees to thrive.
