Inventory Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Controller to manage stock levels, ensure accurate tracking, and optimise inventory processes in Castle Hill .

Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm Duties include: Oversee inventory operations, including receiving, storage, pick line replenishment, stocktaking, dispatch, and pallet control.
Maintain equipment in safe, functional condition.
Monitor stock levels to optimise turnover and meet business needs.
Coordinate with the Inventory team to ensure stock availability for promotions and demand peaks.
Verify incoming stock, resolve discrepancies, and liaise with relevant teams.
Organise emergency stock transfers with proper authorisation.
Assist with stock replenishment and organisation in the Business Centre.
Manage customer pick-up orders with accurate documentation and prompt service.
Handle returns, ensuring proper documentation and processing.
Manage exchanges by categorising items for resale or disposal.
Maintain and prepare meeting spaces for operational readiness.
Ensure quality standards and delivery targets are met.
Streamline workflows to improve productivity and efficiency.
Set and track performance goals, sharing results with the team.
Undertake additional tasks as directed by management.
About you: Experience in inventory management.
Experience in Warehouse management systems.
Have used or are willing to learn to use a walkie stackie/pallet jacks.
First aid certificate (nice to have to or willing to get) LF ticket (nice to have) Are reliable and have excellent communication skills.
