Want to be part of a supportive team environment where wellbeing, career development and progression opportunities are a priority?With a dedicated nationalised customer operations team (including R&M, accounts & levies) and the support of an assistant, you will be empowered to focus on the core aspect of your role – building and nurturing strong relationships within your portfolio.Prior experience is essential as this is a fast-paced role managing a high-density portfolio including a range of residential and commercial plans, layered schemes and BMG's.What you will be doingManage a portfolio of clients; including correspondence from owners, tenants and contractorsManage client retention; deliver exceptional customer experience and effective conflict resolution strategiesLiaise with Repairs & Maintenance team for quote requests/work ordersHigh level of technical knowledge and accountabilityPrepare for and facilitate Annual General Meetings, Special General Meetings and Committee Meetings (agendas, budgets and minutes)Oversee financial requirements of buildings within portfolioIdentify and promote continuous improvement opportunitiesProvide mentorship, support and quality assurance to a team of Community Managers/Assistant Community ManagersWhat you need to bring to the roleClass 1 or 2 license is highly desirable but not essentialStrong understanding of QLD Body Corporate/Strata Legislation and related regulationsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsAttention to detail and strong time management skillsTakes a disciplined approach to personal & work life integrationEmpathic, team oriented and eager to develop / enable othersSelf-motivated with initiative and learning focus (growth mindset)What's in it for you?Flexible Work ArrangementsNew Business IncentivesTraining and career development opportunitiesSupportive, collaborative and dynamic team cultureHybrid working arrangementsWellbeing focus including the ability to purchase leave, and a gift of birthday leaveAbout Smarter CommunitiesSmarter Communities Limited is one of the largest privately owned community management companies in Australia.
