BENEFITS Opportunity to step up your career and manage an offshore team of 3Work for a leading Australian brand with a global presence - ASX Listed organisationWFH flexibility - 1-2 Days from Home once trainedContinual support for your growth through industry certifications and educational assistanceFun, vibrant & agile working environmentOnline well-being hubReward recognition programmeTHE ROLE Manage project and revenue financial compliance in NetSuite including managing billings, WIP balances, project completions/closures, and invoice approvalsReview and reconcile project Work In Progress (WIP) balances weeklyAssist project managers with financial queriesProject costings and revenue recognitionReview, reconcile, and verify financial dataEnsure smooth financial operations for projects from set-up to completionManage/oversee a growing offshore team of 3Data analysis and reporting on billing and billing trendsResponding to complex billing queries, problem solvingTHE PERSON Experience within a similar role - Understanding of how projects work, from set-up to tracking, to billing and revenue recognition is criticalExperience with using ERP systems and timesheeting softwareStrong communication skills are essential, both written and verbalManagement experience is not essential, but you should be comfortable leading and mentoring junior team membersPower BI experience is not required, but familiarity with reporting tools and financial analysis is beneficialFull Working rights as this is a permanent roleIf you have a passion for project finance, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively but also step up to manage a small team then I would love to hear from you.
