Baywood's continued business growth has led to an exciting opportunity for a full-time permanent Finance Manager to join our team.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Finance Manager is a senior position responsible for overseeing all financial activities for Baywood.
This role is crucial in supporting management in strategic decision-making by providing financial insights, assessing financial risks, and developing strategies to optimise the financial performance of the company.
You will have the opportunity to lead and mentor within the Finance Team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high team performance.
A hybrid working arrangement (where you can work remotely and schedule regular travel to site) or relocation assistance to the Fraser Coast area will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
