At CES, we have ambitious targets to keep billions of drink containers out of landfill and transform them into resources that can be used again and again.
Our in-house designed SaaS suite and managed services support this mission.
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with strong technical recruitment experience to lead our recruitment efforts and collaborate with the People & Culture (P&C) team to drive talent strategy and support business growth.
Reporting to the Head of P&C, in this role you will own the talent acquisition process end to end, improve recruitment workflows and enhance the employee experience from attraction to onboarding.
You'll work closely with leaders to ensure the right talent is selected and maintain strong relationships with agencies and talent partners.
This is an opportunity for you to make a difference - use your technical recruiting expertise and general TA experience to drive our TA practices at CES, enjoy hybrid working and beautiful harbour views, and contribute to the circular economy sector Key Responsibilities:Shape and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy, aligning with internal development and succession planning.Continuously enhance recruitment processes for efficiency, effective interviews, and strong manager capabilities.Introduce AI and automation tools to streamline and improve the recruitment process.Ensure an exceptional recruitment and onboarding experience for all new hires.Work with leaders to identify talent needs and implement recruitment strategies to fill key roles.Manage end-to-end recruitment, including contract generation, background checks and agency coordination.Build and maintain a strong pipeline for critical roles.Influence leadership to select talent that aligns with the company's growth and future needs.Support employer branding through partnerships, events and collaborations with universities and industry groups.About You:5+ years of experience as an internal Technology Recruiter is a must-have for this role, preferably in SaaS or Fintech organisations.
Broader recruitment experience and/or agency is a plus.Proven expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning and partnering with technology teams.Hands-on recruitment experience with a track record of sourcing and securing top talent.Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes, including managing agencies and using proactive sourcing strategies.Strong knowledge of recruitment frameworks and tools, and the ability to educate, coach and support line managers.Experience in smaller or autonomous TA functions, with a passion for driving business success.Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment.Passion for sustainability and promoting diversity in thought, style and perspective.Experience supporting a growing or evolving technical business (e.g., startup/scale-up) is a plusWhy Join Us?Be a pivotal part of our growth, helping to shape the future of the business.Enjoy autonomy in your role with a direct impact on the company's success.Champion diversity and inclusion in a supportive, dynamic environment.About CESAccelerating the transition to a circular economy.

We help our scheme partners to recycle close to 10 million drink containers every day, diverting them from landfill into the circular economy.
Our technology and services enable the circular lifecycle of drink containers.
We have a large in-house software engineering team using modern technology stacks to develop and support our products.
As well as a suite of SaaS products, our range of business services includes accounting, payments, brand & marketing, materials trading, HR, customer service and support.
CES was formed in 2017 as a joint venture between Lion and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and has grown rapidly.
