Job Description The Financial Controller ANZ is reporting to a regional Finance Director and working closely with the local leadership team and Department Heads.
The role includes the following:
Developing financial strategy, including risk minimisation plansDirecting and overseeing all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the companyProviding strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issuesOptimising the handling of banking relationships and initiating appropriate strategies to enhance cash flowManaging and leading staff within the departmentMonitoring and analysing financial dataEnsuring effective internal controlsComplying with all federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislationThe Successful Applicant A successful ANZ Financial Controller should have:
Qualification in Accounting or FinanceExperience in a senior management role within a finance departmentStrong skills in strategic planning and business leadershipExperience in managing a large teamKnowledge of financial regulations and legislationExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, supported by strong analytical skills.What's on Offer An attractive salary package in the range of AUD 180,000 - AUD 210,000Additional benefits of Short Term Incentives (STI)Opportunity to work in a senior position within a leading industrial/manufacturing companyA positive and professional work environmentLocated in Dandenong South, a vibrant area with many facilities nearby
