Qualified Electrician for Electrical, Solar and Aircon Company
We are a Brisbane Electrical, Solar and Air-conditioning company located in the Bayside / Redlands area seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Electrician to join our team in our Brisbane, QLD office.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of electrical, solar and air conditioning installation and maintenance work for our diverse range of commercial and residential clients.
What you'll be doing:
Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of electrical, solar and air conditioning projects.
Perform complex electrical, solar and air conditioning installations, fault-finding, testing and maintenance work.
Liaise with clients, manage job schedules and ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
Mentor and train apprentices, providing guidance and support to develop their skills.
Ensure all work is compliant with relevant Australian Standards, local regulations and company policies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our electrical, solar and air conditioning services.
What we're looking for:
Qualified Electrician with an Electrical Queensland Licence or equivalent.
SAA Accreditation OR solar installation experience - highly favorable.
Certificate 2 of Split System - highly favorable but not essential.
Minimum 3 years' experience outside of apprenticeship in the electrical, solar or air conditioning industries.
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical, solar and air conditioning installation, maintenance and fault-finding.
Excellent project management, communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently and safely, with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to problem-solve and think critically.
Demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and career development.
