Are you a skilled and experienced Process Engineer ready to make an impact in the water treatment industry?
Osmoflo is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our Engineering team, providing technical and process engineering expertise to our detailed design and project delivery teams.
This role is ideal for someone who combines their technical expertise as a subject matter expert with a customer focus and a commitment to continuous improvement.

What your day may look like: Participate in internal design reviews as the Process expert across multiple projects.
Attend client meetings, design reviews, HAZOPs etc.

Liaise with the engineering team designing each project to guide them on client requirements and standards.
Support Commissioning Engineers with process troubleshooting and optimization efforts during plant commissioning and performance testing.
Collaborate closely with the Operations, Sales, and Projects teams, ensuring seamless communication and support.
Play an active role in technical development, supporting innovation and continuous improvement.
Promote and foster a strong safety, quality, and compliance culture across the team and with client interactions.
Position Requirements: Degree in Chemical Engineering with 5 to 10+ years of technical design experience in the water sector, particularly in membrane water treatment and desalination.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Strong customer focus, teamwork orientation, and commitment to continuous improvement.
Proven record in promoting safety, health, and environmental best practices.
