About the Role
Liontown Resources is seeking applications for a Refrigeration Technician to join our NPI Maintenance team at Kathleen Valley.
This will be a site-based permanent opportunity working an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth and staying in our dragonfly village.
Reporting to our NPI Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems across our operations.
Install, repair, and maintain refrigeration and air conditioning systems across the village and site.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
Diagnose and resolve issues in refrigeration systems, implementing effective solutions.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs and maintenance activities.
Generate reports on equipment status and upcoming maintenance needs.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during installation and maintenance activities.
Minimise environmental impact through proper refrigerant handling.
About You
Minimum of 3 years as a Refrigeration Technician, preferably in an industrial or mining setting.
Experience with industrial-sized refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
Trade qualification or certification in refrigeration and air conditioning.
Relevant licenses and certifications for handling refrigerants.
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to refrigeration work.
Effective communication and collaboration with maintenance teams and other stakeholders.
Have obtained a National Police Clearance within the last 12 months or have the ability to obtain one.
Able to pass a Pre-Employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screen.
