This role provides you the ability to take ownership of the project and see it through to completion.
The role requires strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
You will enjoy a fast paced and proactive work environment.
While the role will be mainly desk and administrative based, there will be a need to attend site to check on progress of work therefore a install and/or trade experience is required to be successful in the role.
Tasks & Responsibilities * Responsible for reviewing construction and structural documentation and technical specifications * Assist the Design Coordinator with design management requirements and shop drawing reviews * Assist with the coordination and management of subcontractors on site, including the review and issuing of RFI's while reviewing trade specific variations with the Contract Administrator * Work closely with key stakeholders ( riggers, suppliers, operations team * Assist with ensuring projects are tracked and managed in accordance with quality, OH&S and program requirements Skills & Experience * 2+ Years in the Construction Industry * Relevant site experience or Degree qualifications in Construction Management, Building and Construction, Engineering or relevant site background * Knowledge and experience in structural steel * Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal) * Excellent people management skills * Ability to work unsupervised and be able to work within a team environment * Excellent time management and attention to detail * Be proactive in maintaining a strong client focus * Experience in Workbench (preferred not essential) Culture A passionate team that thrive on collaboration, creativity and a shared commitment to reaching the peaks of goals Benefits & Perks Impactful work where your ideas and efforts will shape the Construction Industry.
Remuneration - $90k to $95k plus super.
