As a key player, you'll have the option to oversee the fleet health of various heavy earthmoving machinery.As the go-to expert, you'll provide technical support to maintenance personnel, guiding them through fault finding, major component replacements, and best practices for maintenance and operations.Join us in shaping the future of technology and excellenceRole Located: On-site with the client for optimal support or be positioned at one of our Branches:GladstoneMackayRemuneration: Base Salary + Fleet Vehicle + Super + Phone + Laptop + Bonus + Unlimited training coursesKey responsibilities:Serves as primary liaison for Technical and Service information between the Customer and KomatsuOffers on-site application support and maintenance advice for Komatsu productsEnsures compliance with global service policies, updating manuals and proceduresConducts on-the-job training, assists in parts procurement, and supports warranty workMaintains equipment standards, assists with integration into customer systems, and audits inventoryReviews condition monitoring reports, provides regular and monthly reports to the managerKomatsu can provide you with:Families Policy: 16 weeks of paid primary carer parental leave, 4 weeks of secondary carer leave, plus many more family friendly benefitsFinancial:Company funded Income Protection InsuranceCareer:Recognition, awards, flexibility, further education studies and internal career developmentHealth:Corporate discount with Bupa, Total Wellbeing Solution with Telus HealthTravel:Discounts with Avis, Qantas, Crown, IHG and travel agentsYearly Bonus: Potential to receive a yearly bonusReferral Program:$3000 referral payment for referring a successful new employee to KomatsuYour Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Possess a trade qualification such as:Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalentCertificate III in Electrotechnology or equivalentDemonstrated experience in diagnosing, repairing, and servicing Komatsu heavy equipmentDesirable extensive expertise on Komatsu mining equipmentValid Driver's LicenceAbility to analyse and troubleshoot complex hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues, providing effective solutionsFamiliarity with maintenance targets, including availability, reliability, parts management, and component life cycle management.Proficiency in cultivating robust relationships with both internal teams and external customersPromote high standards of customer service for Komatsu Products and ServicesA commitment to HSE by demonstrating safe behaviour & HSE compliance at all timesKomatsu offers a zero-harm culture in the workplace and competitive remuneration package.
