Non-Inventory Receiver, AMZL ProcurementJob ID: 2804054 | Amazon Commercial Services Pty LtdThe AU AMZL Procurement team is looking for a Non-Inventory Receiver with a strong record of achieving results to join the expanding team supporting operations leaders and associates in delivering strong operations results within our sort center. Non-Inventory Receiver roles may include duties as needed: ensure inventory accuracy and unload/load trucks. Non-Inventory Receivers will also be responsible for communicating instructions to other associates, motivating them, and keeping their work areas safe.Key Job ResponsibilitiesOperating different PIT equipmentLoading/unloading trucks of non-inventory materialMoving and storing pallets in the designated areasOrganizing and maintaining adequate stock-levels of site consumablesAccurately performing system inputs that reflect the received items (data entry into Coupa)Researching and troubleshooting non-inventory shipmentsSupporting payment inquiries from accounts payable (AP) team, the supplier, or other stakeholdersPerforming daily cycle counts for the items in stock, and inputting data in the designated platforms and shared spreadsheetsSubmitting daily quality reports in the designated platformsWorking with Site Service Vendors to ensure service level agreements are metRaising flags to SPO/SPOC teams and leadership whenever risks are identified that affect material availability, quality, and/or safetyActing as the site consumables Point of Contact (POC)Monitoring and leading a team of associates to perform the required activitiesContributing to and leading assigned activities by SPO/SPOC/Category management to deliver shipping-supplies initiatives and projectsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applicationsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidaysCan lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reachForklift licensePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS1+ years of Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring experienceAcknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation, Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea, and community.
